Purchase Conditions:

Products are sold for research or laboratory use only and are not to be administered to humans or used for medical diagnostics.

Delivery:

Upon receipt of your order, the product normally will be shipped overnight express on the next shipping day (Mondays or Wednesdays). Orders shipped on dry ice will be sent via air express service. Frontier Genomics ships on Monday and Wednesday to most of the United States, for orders that are recieved by 4pm AST the previous day. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid and added to your invoice.

Terms:

Net 30 days after shipment in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit Card Orders:

We offer credit card purchases on any of our products in the United States and Canada, allowing you to receive products quickly and easily. We gladly take Visa®, MasterCard® through phone orders and online.

Limited Product Warranty:

Biologicals

Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Frontier Genomics Inc.. Frontier Genomics Inc. shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
